Recent rains have left our backyard awash in toadstools of all shapes and sizes. I’m used to seeing toadstools crop up as fall nears but not so much in the heat of summer. Yet, here they are, out in force, threatening to take over the wooded, mossy, shaded area that is our backyard.
If it ever stops raining long enough for me to tackle that ever-expanding mass of wilderness called our yard, the toadstools will be sent flying into the wind with a weedwhacker. Until then, they are free to grow, protected and nourished by Mother Nature’s daily rainfall.

Look a little closer and you should see the creator of these toadstools is far more talented at landscaping than wee, with our weedwhackers.
The same thing is seen at every bend of every country road. Stunning, natural beauty far beyond anything wee attempt.
Lucky thing God never hides His talent. You too.
Thanks for the many truths you write about so
beautifully.
