After it’s post-New Year’s hiatus, Oddfellas is back open in Floyd and mixing good food and entertainment for Floydians. Dinner with Dave and Gretchen St. Lawrence Saturday night was, as always, an entertaining evening with excellent company and equally-excellent conversation. Music from John Winnike, Billy Miller and Chris Luster (above) provided a pleasant backdrop. (Memo to self: Cameras in cell phones do not work well in low light situations)

Odfellas owner Rob Neukirch promises a new, expanded menu starting next week but the offerings Saturday were more than enough to satisfy most appitites. My Delmonico steak, basted with a Bleu Cheese sauce, melted in my mouth. We saw a number of friends and enjoyed a great Saturday night.
