A JV win but a loss by the Varsity Buffaloes

Floyd County High School’s Buffaloes lead Patrick County for a while in the first quarter of the quarter Tuesday in a non-district basketball match at Floyd County High School but the Cougars piled on the points throughout the game and won 55-37 at the final buzzer.

Too many missed shots by the Buffaloes destroyed their chances of taking their first win of the season and the Buffs are winless in four matches.
