We put a lot of time and effort into the house over the past nine months and, yet, we're only about half way there. Lot of boxes remain unpacked, rooms not yet complete and still no room in the garage for cars but everything is coming together.

Still to come: More landscaping and trees for the front yard. Speaking of the front yard, what you see here is only part of the yard, which takes four-and-a-half hours to mow with a lawn tractor with a 48-inch cutting deck and then several hours more to edge and trim.

But it’s home and we plan on it being the last one we’ll ever have.
